My woodworking passion began when I was a young boy. I loved working in the shop with my dad. The first thing I remember building was a table for my mom. I wood-burned a design into the table top, had metal casters on the legs and even routered the edges of the whole thing! She was so proud. She proudly displayed that table until it finally broke apart when I was well into adulthood. Ever since then, I have had a passion for making one of a kind woodwork pieces. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy building standard woodwork items, but I really love building custom! The idea of designing and building something that no one else will ever have is my passion. As you have probably noticed, my shop isn't filled with everyday items that can be bought at your local Walmart. I like to think of my pieces as works of art. Like my coffee mug stand; you can buy one at your local Mall. But... the stands I build have individually rotating tiers. Now THAT, you can't find at your local Mall! I pour my heart into everything I build and perfection is what I strive for (or as close as one can get). I love designing something for my customer and watching their eyes widen as they see their finished product. My shop is a one man show. My loving family helps, each in their one special way. whether it's giving me inspiration or helping me hold pieces and get tools. I love them dearly.
